It was a nice hotel and the front desk staff were very helpful

You could hear the metro as you slept in the morning and at night. There was a family of children above us which was very loud in the very early morning hours. The cleaning of the room was disgusting. Full and 1/2 full coffee cups were left for 3 days, the garbage including empty water bottles were left for days. We had to complain to front desk. Christmas Eve we had to move rooms at 10:30 at night with no one to help us to move or pull out the pull out couch. The hot water in the shower surged to cold hot cold. This hotel was recommended to us

Great location but maintenance is needed

The location is great, very easy to find and next to the metro. The staff are helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

The room had a few issues. It was very dusty you could see alot of the dust in the air vents and my partner spent the first night sneezing as he has bad alergies. However, we told the receptionist in the morning and they came and cleaned it right away. The shower door didn't close and the water leaked into the bathroom and also the glass door into the bathroom scraped along the floor everytime you opened or closed it. Needs some maintenance work in the room.

The location is the best part, the metro is right outside the entrance as well as the bus stop. Right next to the hotel is a small supermarket, you can grab snacks and drinks easily. There are a few restaurants around if you want to stay close in the evenings. Uber rides are really cheap and get you in to central about 20-30mins. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great in our room.

The walls are thin, so you will hear you neighbors above and next to you. The staff also didn't replace our towels with new towels on one of the days. It says if you would like the towels replaced you are to place them on the floor, which was done. When we came back to the room i noticed that my old towel had been put back up - I knew because my previous towel had my foundation mark on it. This was really unhygienic and towels were replaced straight away but I would be careful of this.

Very good

The photos look better than in reality, some things were weird. But all in all it was ok.

The location was perfect, close to the metro and easy for a taxi to pickup. The breakfast was good!

The planning of the room was strange. The sink was outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. So to wash your hands after the toilet you had to go out of the bathroom and to wash them in the bedroom. But when you turn on the light in the bathroom the light above the sink also turns on. So if any of us went to the bathroom at night and turned the light on, the light above the sink woke up the person sleeping in the room. Or if in the morning you wake up earlier and go to the sink to clean your teeth the sound of water also wakes the other person up. You cant manage the air conditioning system from your room and you cant turn it off from your room also, for this you have to call the receptionist.
