Stay away from this property! It was supposed to accept credit card as payment but the (shady) owner forced us to pay cash. The apartment was dirty (toilet still had signs of the last guest that pooped in it), dusty to say the least, mould near one bed, unfinished sockets, cables hanging loose. We had to reach out to Booking.com to be able to write this review because apparently they canceled the reservation (that's why they were so keen to just accept cash). Amenities in the appartement were insufficient: no cutlery, broken lights and faucets, tv stopped working after 10 minutes, not enough towels for the amount of people we booked it.

Disappointing start to a trip (although generated many stories!) mostly due to poor cleanliness.

Location was fabulous - one avenue back from the esplanade. Excellent eating areas and supermarket very close by.

We booked two apartments. No towels, apartment was dirty and needed to be cleaned by us (especially the bathroom). Dirty towel was left in the washing machine and one of our party found a lot of mould on their bed head behind their pillow. No hot water in one of the apartments. Water leaking on the floor of one kitchen. The address of the entrance to the apartments was wrong so our taxi could not find it and this resulted in a few calls to the host (although this was resolved well).

good place to stay to checkout Casablanca attractions. it wouldve been better if it had been cleaned properly

Proximity to Hassan mosque, waterfront, and local shops/restaurants. Spacious and well appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful with holding our bags after checkout.

The house was not cleaned properly. The floor and bathrooms were grimy; kitchen utensils and appliances were unclean.

The agent was available at the right time so we can collect keys

The property is well built but not well maintained with broken handles; Broken or unattached toilet seats and almost no hot water. The Duvet and blankets needs to be dry cleaned as have smelly feeling while you sleep. No dishwasher tablets were available and the cutlery was not very clean.

1. Hard to find the place on Google because exact location of the apartment/flat complex. 2. No towels were included along with any other amenities. 3. Very dusty (Sofa, Kitchen) 4. Appartement is fine hosting is something els!

Appartment is big if you travel with yoir family! If you are alone don't even think to rent this apartment.

Advise to the owner to change the host because this guy will not leave you in peace and does not understand the diffrence between service and explanation before making any judgments.

Great value in a wonderful location!

The apartments were in a perfect location near the waterfront, mosque, and newer urban areas. They felt quite safe with easy street parking. The sea view from one was an especially nice bonus. Our host was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, including helping us book a taxi to the airport.

We struggled at first to contact the host for checkin, though he was great once located. It would have helped to have a towel for each guest, though we were able to make do with those provided.
