Not ready yet but close

The location and restaurant next door.

Expected construction but the balcony became un-usable due to the painters. Updating of unit needed. The pool was cold. No hot tub. Unable to walk under the bridge due to construction of the bridge. Need car. Slow Tram.

Half the power would go out to the room. But this was from fixing up from hurricane. Totally understand

Very good

Room was very nice ,the restaurant next door (flippers) was off the chart delicious and staff were extremely nice, even the chef came to our table spent time talking to us class act all the way

Facility staff were little disconnected not negative ive met friendlier though.

The view was nice.

The entire building was still being renovated from hurricane damage. The floors in our room were dirty. The outlets didnt all work.

View is great Nice pool area Lanai was really not completely renovate, as the paint on lanai floor was all coming up, and needs serious resurfacing AC unit leaked from ceiling to floor moderately WI-FI passcodes never worked

Exceptional

A true getaway.

I loved the quiet. It truly was a getaway with all the amenities. If i needed anything the staff was more than accommodating and always had a smile. The views were spectacular and the whole place was centered around relaxation.

The elevators were intermittent on my last day. The staff was already looking into it by the time I noticed so I really had no worries. They were very reassuring.
