Clean room en suite. Lobby.....? Lovely dinner.

Did not have breakfast. I had dinner and it was wonderful.

The lobby carpets upstairs are typically shabby.

A great hotel to stay in if you're in the area of Inverness and Beauly!

What a great hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only spent the one night so we didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant.

My only complain was that they didn't have an elevator, but staff did help us with our bags since we weren't on the first floor.

enjoyed our stay, would like to have stayed longer.

it was very comfortable, clean and food was good.

breakfast not included, an extra 15. thats a lot for someone who has a light breakfast. Mattress on the bed needs to be replaced ASAP.

Nice little town, very nice double room and 130 with breakfast would have been worth it.

Very nice room, large, comfortable, bath, met my 'two chairs in a double room' rule, but not my 'face flannels would be nice' rule.

Double room, booked through booking.com, cost 160 without breakfast. Later saw on hotel website that a double room with breakfast would be 130. So felt a bit sore about this and did not have breakfast. No one in reception to check-in so had to find the barman. But the only staff we did have any contact with were helpful. Bit of a gloomy air throughout the hotel and we were not disposed either to eat or drink there in the evening. (The Thai restaurant down the road is highly recommended).
