It was fine for a short and sweet stay

The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff we met were helpful.

Our room was located close to the lobby and we constantly had other guests yelling outside our room.

Very poor

Disappointing.

Room was on roadside and very noisy due to protests outside and sirens constantly going off. I was over-charged on departure by the hotel. Booking.com charged me for all taxes with pre-paid booking, BUT hotel have charged the taxes again. I've contacted the hotel and sent all the relevant information to booking.com which they requested, BUT neither have bothered to come back to me.

Disappointing.

Overcharged. Taxes paid to booking.com with my pre-paid booking, BUT charged again on departure by hotel. I've contacted the hotel and sent all the requested back-up information to Booking.com which they requested, BUT neither have bothered to reply to me.

Some staff don't answer questions clearly and I was over-charged. They also send o/o/o auto replies when messaged.

Chaotic Conference hotel with very indifferent staff

Room was comfortable Location was good

The hotel was chaotic and more suitable for conferences rather than serious business travelers. The staff at reception and in the restaurants were not interested in serving at all and the Supervisor at the 'Hangout' restaurant was abusive. I will stay in the future at Courtyard Marriott or Holiday In at the airport
