Exceptional

Quaint and comfy digs close to downtown

Wonderful staff, very accommodating and responsive. Really comfortable beds! Everyone in our party said they slept better than in their home beds. All the woodwork was really nice and created a homey atmosphere. I love they allow pets too.

The rooms are on the small side, not much can be done about that. The owners are doing a lot of upgrades, the property is over 100 years old- there's some uneven walkways and inconsistent stair heights and without railings. Some tripping hazards I guess, I'm sure they're addressing it as best they can.

Good stay, will be back again.

I like the old cabin look. Bed was comfortable. Shower nice. Nice amenities. Walking distance to downtown. a/c and heat worked great. Reasonable prices for rooms.

Wish it had a pool or hot tub. It had a fire pit, but couldnt find the lighter. The waterfall could use some more decoration around it. flowers etc and some cleaning to get the green algae off. The front door was always locked, so in order to contact the office you had to call the office number. Be cool if they had a small gift shop. maybe a couple of magnets, cups, shirts, An extra way for the hotel to make money and free advertising. Be nice if there was maybe a bar or kitchen area for guests outside. If they would rent out like e-bikes, scooters, etc that would be nice and help the business make money and have free advertising.

A very relaxing stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally nice along with all the other employees we came in contact with. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. We will definitely come back.

The owners and staff were amazing! Great location (0.80 miles from downtown Eureka Springs). Exceptionally clean room, very cute. Small, but that's exactly what we wanted. The cabins are not connected, so you get more privacy and don't have to hear other guests. The price was great. They have a fire pit, grill, and covered seating place outside. I highly recommend staying here.

The only thing we didn't like was that we got the wi-fi password, but it never would connect. We didn't mention it to the staff. They might have been able to fix it if we had mentioned it to them. They had cable tv, o we were fine with that.
