Warm and dry. Restaurant was good. Mains very good, limited offerings for dessert and entrees.

Is this the third season of Fawlty Towers? Room smelt bad, as if had been used by smoker previously. No assistance with luggage despite difficult stairs and uneven hallway. Limited hours for restaurant. Only 1.5 hrs for breakfast and dinner orders end at 8.00pm. Surly backchat from staff when asking for dessert at 8:05pm. Disappointing that breakfast included only instant coffee unless you were prepared to pay a ludicrous surcharge. Complete lack of assistance booking gin tasting. Showers broken or poorly functioning - virtually no pressure. No glass or bathroom glass provided in room, no toiletries except soap. Definitely 3 star but at cost of 5.

Great overall stay, would definitely book again.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and a great size. Enjoyed the experience and atmosphere of the bar downstairs. Dinner in restaurant was amazing. Owner went out of her way to provide a great stay.

Nice stay.

Breakfast was good, dinner was fantastic, nice cosy hotel in beautiful countryside. Husband and son done the distillery tour and made their own rum, would recommend both.
