Romantic Venetian room and such a great location

The rooms, the courtyard, everything was designed beautifully. It was a perfect romantic Venetian setting and centrally located to water taxis, shops, and cafes. Highly recommend.

A very convenient area to stay in Venice and great for those on a budget.

I loved that the hotel was very easy to find and in a fairly quiet part of Venice. The decoration was good and it was very clean.

The reception is only open until 2pm and we forgot to ask for more pillows so had only the last night with enough. It would have been helpful to have had spare. The weather was becoming cooler and duvets instead of blankets would have been better, but being in Venice, who spends time in their rooms? The price was great for the location.

It was very cold inside the room, there was no heating at the end of October, the first day at night we told the receptionist that it is cold and we needed heating, she said that it is not possible to turn hitting on, the night was unspeakably cold, it was a restless and bad night, in the morning I even had a sore throat, and that day we also said that it is not possible to endure like that, it is really very cold there and another receptionist turned on the battery in the bathroom that day, which more or less heated the room, but whatever, it was not fully warm, for such a price, I think it is unacceptable.

Stunning room with beautiful views. Would stay in the spacious, easily accessible room again!

I felt like a princess staying in this beautiful, spacious room. The decor was stunning and the balcony over looking the canal was the cherry on top. The girl who worked the desk was sweet and check in was easy due to the good instructions. The room was clean and the property felt safe. They watched our bag after checkout so that we could go have breakfast.

A bit pricey, but that is most of Venice.

Good location, but not worh the money

The place is good, the view from the balcony to the small canal, there was tea and coffee, the bathroom was spacious enough, the room was very big and spacious

After asking the staff a few questions, the answers were yes or no, there was no detailed communication, the bed is very uncomfortable, it's like a double bed, but it's made of two beds combined into one, the parts look like they're not fixed together, the pillows are so thin that the next morning my neck hurt and I couldn't turn it. The sound insulation is very poor, in the morning we could hear the cleaner pumping upstairs, outside the window the engines of the ships in the morning, the noise of people walking, the music and shouts of the tourists in the evening.

Very good

It is a large highly decorated room sweeping out to a romantic terrace with a sweet view of a backstreet canal. Fabulous chandelier and fabric walls. Perhaps fusty for some taste but theatrical! Comforting conversations float up from the quiet canal. It is tucked down a dark alley with a glow from the hotel sign and the entrance is through a pretty cobble and star tiled courtyard: atmospheric yet a little tense arriving at night but the noise of bustling Calle keeps it enjoyable.
