Great central home base if going in a trip in Liverpool

Nice chill house, this is great if travelling as a group, wifi, big tv and very clean. Kitchen stocked up okay.

Superb

John, the stellar host

John was a stellar host. He kept in contact with me before and thought the day until we arrived at the property. He showed us around the rooms. The property was very clean, tidy and smelt lovely. The living room/kitchen was comfy. Excellent lighting in all rooms. Great showers! Everything was superb. All the guests commented on how well they slept. Overall we were all very happy

Passable

The room was clean and for the price, the quality of the accomodation was good.

The communication of the staff was not good as we were trying to reach the landlord for half an hour and he did not pick up the phone. The excuse was that his phone got broken which is understandable but at least he could write us an email about the instructions how to check in so we would not wait in front of the house for such a long time. Overall the instructions were not clear from the landlord.
