Disappointing

nicely located and relatively quick to reach from the airport. if you are ok by foot, most areas in the center can be reached walking around. breakfast is ok for this type of hotel. keyless concept is cool and works.

The hotel is basically a whole building where they turned individual flats into separate rooms. The rooms itself are very small and smaller than they appear in the pictures here. The bathroom is a cabin they put INTO every room and not a separate room. Ventilation and humidity is a challenge therefore and overall its very damp in the hotel. The rooms with double beds are not all equipped with enough seating for 2 persons if you dont want to get with your street clothes on the bed. Lighting in the rooms is not very nice. There is no lounge area or anything similar - only chairs and tables. Check-In was ok, but not very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection varied over the days and certain things were not available when the "vendor didnt show up" - i mean there are supermarkets around... We would not come back and were happy to finally leave.

Excellent value

Its a beautiful space, with great intention to detail. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and adequate amenities- there is complimentary tea, water and pastries in every room. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, many healthy alternatives.

I liked everything, probably would have enjoyed a chair or some other seating options in the room.

Poor

Check-in was very difficult as this was required to be done electronically in the middle of a day. I was required to send a photo of my passport as email attachment, which is not a secure way. The manager was really horrible. I and some colleaques were pressured to pay the bill after the first night or otherwise our door codes were to changed so that we cant get inside our rooms where we had our luggage. This was said by the manager, other staff were quite polite. Ive never had such terrible experience while travelling. I also asked for a quiet soom two months before the trip and was given a room next to the breakfast room. Also, no gluten free bread was available. Very bad experience unfortunately.

Excellent!

The hotel was amazing! From the room setup to the breakfast, it was great. Good rooms, well-functioning bathroom with a great shower. Those are the basics where they did very well. But going above and beyond happened with the small notes and treats they leave in the room every night. Very simple and yet very thoughtful.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite unstable in the room. The breakfast could have more options, but it was good enough for the price.

Pleasant

I would recommend it, its a place where staff would make you feel like a part of the family

Service (staff) was great. The attention to details and the personal touch was absolutely memorable.

The room we stayed was too damp, water was running down the windows all the time, towels were permanently wet and because of the extreme humidity, it didnt feel healthy to be in the room for long
