Very good

Comfortable stay with a separate room for the kids and nice surroundings.

Clean and well set out rooms

Felt more like a nice hotel than a resort. Unfortunately the tennis court was not available due to a water pipe leak but we were not told about it at checkin or until we asked about it.

Well maintained, great location, lots of photo worthy spots across the property

Not really about the property but had some guests on one of the days talking super loudly for a long time around our door which was really annoying.

The staff were friendly and the grounds are beautiful.

The room was dated, with no sound proofing so you could hear everything in neighbouring rooms. The couch looked old and dirty, as did the carpet. We only stayed one of the three nights booked because of the noise and the condition of the room.

Pool was painted by blue color and it was extremely slippery, I did not find it safe. Dont go breakfast after 09:45, there was even no bread. Staff said nothing left but we had already paid and nobody offered refund... Breakfast was officially from 8 to 10 Am so they should offer cheese bread etc till 09:59 otherwise they need to change the hours of breakfast... But overall I liked the place, I will not take breakfast next time

Lovely place, will stay again

A) beautiful and serene location. Rooms opened up to lake and you really didnt have to go beyond. I was earlier apprehensive of the distance from town but its really nothing and even better as its very calm B) amazing staff. Even on Christmas Eve, staff kept answering my queries and even helped adjust my booking. I was gladly surprised when we reached C) accessible resort: cars are right next to your room, so easy to load and unload

Had a bit of issue with mosquitoes. But given the weather, its understandable. The spray provided in room was super effective and no bites etc. So all good. The bathroom shower area: needs a small stepping stone or something to stop water flowing outside bath area. Please do consider.

Beautiful picturesque views Of there land over looking lake also a pool a spa , hammocks gazebo right on the water ,great size 2 bedroom family room we were in .Restaurant was open a very inviting staff, food was great.we had a free continental breakfast every morning tea an coffee the bed was comfortable .a lounge an table an chairs for 4 med to large tv with Netflix,free wifi, open glass doors at back with two chairs,microwave an fridge with milk free .
