Great facility better service.

The lobby, the bar, the room design and view. But above all the great staff. Aspasia, Elisseos and Giannis were excellent hosts.

The bad was hard and too low. I had to make great effort to get out of the bed.

incredible modern rooms with both great urban and mountain view. excellent hotel interior design as well. great staff always ready to help you out especially the ladies of the reception team. stays open and is a great choice both for a summer or a winter stay in.

the mechanism of the card/key of the door in order to get to the room is a bit weird.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the mountain in the green northern suburbs, amazing breakfast and wonderful staff.

Awkward spa opening times from 12-8pm, normally sauna use is for the morning or evening, I was disappointed we couldnt use the facilities as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was the spa.

Very disappointing, needs a renovation

Everything else. Rooms and the hotel in general needs a massive renovation..everything is falling apart, showers have rust everywhere, pain scrapped, sofas stained. Worst breakfast ever (mediocre cornflakes, eggs , bacon, yoghurt and cheese). Terrible coffee. Rude staff. Would not come back unless renovated and everything changed.

It was OK and NOT wow..

The pool area was very nice. It was outside of the crowd of the city, it was a nice design hotel.

The receptionist and the other staff were not as friendly as one would expect (with the exception of the bellboy, who was very smiley and friendly ) My room has a weird smell but as I only booked for two nights and I was very tired with no energy to change my room, I did not inform the reception. The hotel, although nicely designed with interesting features, was not well maintained. You can see the furniture in the rooms were wearing out...
