Great location, modern design, super tiny room

The room and the hotel in general look very nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable. They had several promotions during our stay: we could have a free drink if we skipped room cleaning, we could also have a coffee and a piece of pastry in the cafe inside for like 5 or something (and it was really good). The location is amazing - its in the very center, we didnt need to use any transport during our stay!

It was the tiniest room Ive ever seen (the size of the room is clearly stated when you book, but its just hard to imagine how small it actually feels - we had the standard room, Ive seen they have some bigger ones). Everything you need is there, but its super small for 2 people. I think it would be perfect for 1 person or if you dont have luggage. We had 2 suitcases so that was a challenge.

Not much. Location was ok

The check in was a joke, huge que then we went to the self check in and had to do all the scanning ourselves then at the end was told to go to the check in desk to collect keys. The Que was even bigger bigger..

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very impressed by how much it has improved as a new hotel. As with my previous stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and stylish, and the rooms are very cool. The hotel kindly upgraded my room as I had stayed there before which was a nice touch. There is a caf by reception which does really nice coffee and pastries, and there are a variety of shops/restaurants nearby. It is also just a 2 min walk from the metro. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in central Madrid.
