Exceptional

I loved the breakfast and the pool/sauna area. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of food and drinks. Also the relax area with the pool and the sauna was top level, with different types of saunas. I loved the Finnish sauna with a view on the village of Kitzbhel. I really appreciated the fact that the sauna and pool area closed late in the evening.

I liked everything.

The shuttles to town are great, they could maybe just carry on a bit later than 5pm

Beautiful pool, very pleasant bar and restaurant environment. Excellent breakfast.

Old rooms and really extremely bad beds. A good hotel is always about good beds and bathrooms. Bathrooms old, beds the worst I had the chance to experience in Kitzbhel.

A proper luxury stay with amazing rooms, facilities and staff

This is an amazing hotel. The photos actually dont do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms and if you get the ones with panoramic views they are excellent. Staff very helpful

The only negative is that it is a little way out from Kitzbuhl so taxis needed although they do offer a limited shuttle service. We had a meal at the restaurant and whilst most of the dishes were delicious the service was a bit slow

Amazing stay with amazing staff. Most spectacular views.

The pool, the dinning room views that are incredible, rooms were more spacious than expected, very comfortable for a double room, bath was very large.

Not many hot vegetarian options for food at dining however what was available was good.

The hotel is fabulous everything from the staff to the lovely location is excellent, the attention to detail is outstanding the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is very welcome

Very good

Lovely hotel with good and staff facilities - ask to stay in the modern area of the building.

Pool area was lovely, although would have preferred to be able to wear swim wear in sauna and steam. We were advised it was a naked area but could wear a towel so didnt see the difference. We were situated in the old castle area of the hotel which I would not choose to be in. Room was spacious and clean but a little tired and cool and up 3 flights of stairs with no lift available. This cool room must have been previous guest views too as a supplementary heater was put in. The tiled bathroom floor was freezing and shower was over the bath with a small screen. The room was provided with a bottle of tap water but no tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. Shuttle bus to town was very good as it cost $20 one way to town - only available til 5pm. Staff were nice & free cookies on reception good. Had breakfast and two evening meals and all delicious.

Would have preferred to be in modern area of hotel. Walk to room up castle staircase was cold. Tea and coffee in the room. Tried TV but couldnt get it to work but didnt report it as I dont sit and watch TV in bed without a cup of tea.

Poor

The receptionist asked us for the car key and took it to park our car. They didnt return it during check-out. We used the other car key and forgot. The hotel didnt notify us for two days and when we asked about it, they wanted us to pay for sending it with reasoning that we lost the key in the hotel. No, the case was that the reception of the hotel is a mess and didnt return the key. Also, there was a party of Siemens employees on one of the days - they were loud, overtook the bar area where I was sitting with my wife and there was no sepration from other paying guest hotel.
