Too expensive, more like a 3 star hotel

Located walking distance to restaurants and in a quiet residential area. Staff were nice. Didn't use the pool so can't comment.

Room is big and furnished nicely but the building and bathroom is old. There is a weird smell everywhere, as noted by another reviewer, it reminded me of a nursing home. Got used to it after a while in the room but noticed it every time I went out and came back which wasn't pleasant. Rooms are not soundproof either so you'll hear noisy neighbours and people in the corridors. Definitely not worth the money or 4 stars, would have preferred to stay elsewhere but booked late so didn't have many options. Also, house keeping must be booked 24 hours in advance which isn't ideal. Seems like hotels are just cutting costs these days but keeping rates high.

A home away from home right off Melrose Avenue!

The staff were so helpful and professional. They assisted us quickly and with a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble. It made our stay feel like we were at home!

Fabulous stay

The staff were extremely helpful. Especially Alexandra at reception. And the older man that does the valet parking. It's in a perfect location, nice and quiet, rooms are large... will stay here again

Great family room, very well located in West Hollywood

Very clean, great room size for a family of 4. Good gym facilities. Great location. Accomodating staff

Unfortunately there was some road work right outside the hotel so it was noisy in the morning. Also noise from the floor above was easily audible.

Good

We heard a lot of noise from the upstairs. Feet walking on the floor comes across loud. I wouldn't put your guests in rooms up above each other your floors are loud. It's not good when they get up early or stay up later than the person below them.

Great location, good amenities, good value for

It has a good gym, cute pool, great food and efficient room service. The rooms are a great size and have all the amenities you need - Netflix, great WiFi.
