The management in this property should not be in Hospitalitu industry. They need ONLY PAYMENT. NO SERVICE, NO HOSPITAL

Only Location

Staff, their attitude, no concern, they dont care for guests, zero hospitality. Booked for a group of 10 people for 6 nights. When arrived middle of the night and ordered dinner they refused to serve unless paid in advance or guaranteed by credit card. They justified their action by saying you came through Booking.com!!!!!! As if all guests who booked through booking.com are crooks? They will run away without paying? That too on the day of check in (when there is fully paid booking for 6 nights). Even after we conveyed to them not to ask any of the guests any payment which will be settled us and we provided a credit card guarantee. Even then they did not stop, they again troubled our VIP guests for servicing their food order and asked for payment. Unbelievable!!!!! I have no words to explain the ordeal. Either booking.com has lost its credibility or booking.com should reconsider keeping this property in their listing

Nice cafe downstairs

Service was awful. Although my room was upgraded to Club, I couldnt use Club lounge. When I checked in the toilet in the room was dirty. When I didnt find a hair dryer in the room I was told that they dont have one and couldnt help me. The layout of the room is ridiculous: the bed in front of the entrance and the TV screen is on the side not in front of the bed.

Superb

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Room was quite spacious! We also loved the location of the hotel, easily accessible. The food at the cafe was delicious.

Everything was amazing but the coffee and hot drinks at the hotel cafe were overpriced.
