    Central location in a great busy city
    Great location off Place du Capitole. Quiet room (no street noise). In-room Nespresso machine. Wifi.
    Shower war overflowing, almost reached the bedroom. Room was small and shaped in a way that made some parts impossible to use. Personal effets and baggage storage were insufficient. Staff seemed unconcerned with our issues.

    Functional, practical hotel right next to Capitole
    Good sized room and bathroom, water and tea available, amenities by L'Occitane, comfortable mattress. Right next to the parking place of Place du Capitole, they offered a discount for the stay. If you find the good sortie (Rue de Louis I think)its just meters away after you go up the stairs.
    Very noisy workers that started cleaning early in the morning and would chat between them out loud. Unluckily, we had noisy neighbors too that didn't respect our sleep at all. We had to lift our luggage from the parking, which is on a basement, to the street outside because there's no elevator

    Upgraded which was nice. Travelling with my 2 whippets from Spain and meeting my daughter who flew in from England for Xmas celebrations. Nothing was too much trouble from the smiling, friendly, super competent staff. I was not feeling my best, so it was much appreciated. The hotel was very central with Christmas markets outside, but an oasis of calm inside. I would happily stay again, if back in Toulouse. Thank you all!
