The rooms are basic but clean. Bathrooms are spacious and super clean and modern. We had a Seaview room so the view was pretty. The host helped us with our bags as well . It's very close to the coconut tree hill.

It's a 1km walk to the main mirissia beach. But the surfing parts of the beach are closer.

Friendly staff and good location

Rooms smelt of damp as did the bedding, stuffy due to no air con (our own fault for not checking) and ants everywhere. Bed had a mosquito net and we were still ate alive by whatever was on the bedding.

Superb

Nice and quiet place in Mirissa

Good location, near the famous coconut tree hill; Chathu is very friendly and helps to organize tours if needed; Room has a balcony with nice view and the place is quiet despite being on the main road. We booked for two nights and ended up staying three.

Room is just a little tight but no big issue

Great place to stay in Mirissa!

The family who owns the place is so nice- they have arranged everything from whale watching tour to tuktuk drive. The location of the hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and clean and have nice jungle view, you can watch monkeys playing on the trees from the balcony. We liked the hotel so much we reserved it also for our second stay in Mirissa.

Perfect!

Super cozy guesthouse owned by a family. Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The family is super helpful and can also provide Tuktuk service if you need to go somewhere. Highly recommend this guesthouse.
