All told, pretty good. Excellent staff at rooftop restaurant. Replace the men at the front desk.

Room balcony and view of harbor. The wonderful rooftop restaurant. Short walk to harbor and around downtown. Short ride to airport

Great location, comfortable rooms.

Central location with a lovely rooftop bar with a view towards the harbour. Close to the centre, museums and restaurants.

The plumbing of all floors is interconnected.

Disappointing

In need of renovation and upkeep.

The location was central.

The facility was run down, with worn carpets in hallways, my room had several marks on walls and cracked tiles in bathroom mold on ceiling in bathroom. For the price paid I was very disappointed. Staff were not particularly welcoming upon check-in. Would not recommend.

Good location.

Location which is close to the port. Breakfast is provided. The hotel provide alternative carparks area, one of them is free parking area near the port.

There is no sound proof as can hear people walking & talking in corridor. It will be good also if can provide TV in the room with YouTube & Netflix.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW but a bit loud.....

View from 303 was fantastic!!! Room adorable - very nicely done. Loved the raki' nice touch! Michaelis at check in very nice. Good location.

Man on duty at 5:30 PM in rooftop bar a bit rude: no one there but us and he got annoyed when I borrowed a chair from 1 of the MANY unreserved and empty tables for a few minutes. Husband didnt like the bed but I did. NOISE: in the flight pattern of the airport and didnt realize. That should be noted in your description. Loud people so thinner walls. Not much rest throught the night.
