    For the money it was a good value. If you're expecting a 5 star stay, you'll be disappointed.
    Location was wonderful. Around the corner from a full grocery store, a vegetable store, pastry shop, a couple restaurants, and the tram station. Great privacy off the road.
    There was no freezer only a refrigerator. (easy enough to deal with). Kitchen utensils weren't in rough shape, very dull knifes, chipped teflon pans. Bedroom ceiling light had a ton of dust. Basement clearly had some water damage on the walls at some point and there is a musty / moldy smell.

    Comfortable oasis in the city.
    Superbly quiet and away from the bustle of the city. Had garden and private patio area outside and light, comfortable sitting area inside. Showers very big. Near a tram stop, bakery and walkable to centre of town. We sighed with pleasure when the gates opened to reveal the property. We received good advice on the phone when our travel plans from the airport failed and were met at the property exactly as planned with a welcome and more suggestions.
    Would have liked a washing machine and a freezer shelf in fridge, as stayed several days. Another electric fan would be good, as bedrooms got hot. We usually found it too much effort to go out into the city again in the evening, so would have liked some local restaurant advice if there were any suitable.

    Pleasant and relaxing stay but not too comfortable in the warm weather without air con or fans.
    A lovely private house set back from the street with a small garden courtyard walking distance to the centre of the city. Tranquil, spacious and very comfortable. Good beds and linen. Pillows could be improved (synthetic and light).Supermarket 2 mins away. Parking on site is a good bonus. The kitchen was well equipped but would have benefitted from a more generous supply of tea bags, coffee pods and perhaps milk to last for our 3 night stay. (I say this based on having operated high end accommodation for 15 years in Australia..small cost but important to ease the convenience for guests). It would have been helpful to have city maps left in the house also.

    We had very warm weather (nights included) - and there is no air conditioning or fans provided, although we asked. So it was stuffy and hot for our stay. Would have been good to have milk left in the fridge and to have a fridge that could produce /supply ice for drinks. Also disappointed that the coffee pods and tea bags were not enough to last for our 3 night stay. City maps would also have been appreciatedas not always reliant on wifi maps.

    A quite home inside Bordeaux city
    Despite our late arrival, a person was waiting for us with keys, showed everything and we had great days in Bordeaux on a quite house inside the city with a garden and a cat to guard us from the roof.
    Public transportation nearby to reach the city, although its not a long walk until the first bus or tram station, but with kids its a bit tricky.

    We had a wonderful stay in sunny Bordeaux and really enjoyed the house.
    The space in the house, the quiet garden and the terrace make this house an oasis in the city.
    There is no light in the alley towards the gate, the gates can not be locked, the rainshower was broken.
