    Super clean rooms, central location and comfortable beds
    Super clean rooms with very comfortable beds and good solid sheets. Can highly recommend to stay there. Including amenities like kettle and hair dryer. We even had a balcony and the room was quiet.

    Early check-in after arriving was possible with an extra fee. Owner was nice and it was possible to book a tour to the waterfalls on the motorbike
    Unfortunately the temperatures in winter are same as outside, since there is no heating. I guess I was traveling at the wrong season. I think it is much nicer in summer. The bathroom was pretty old.

    Great stay, good base for exploring the Cao Bang area.
    Overall everything was perfect for what we needed. The room was simple but comfy and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they were able to help us with anything we asked. Very friendly staff. It was located well and allowed us to explore the Cao Bang area.
    Our bathroom floor was a little soggy/squishy and felt like there could be some structural issues going on.

    The location was very good and it was quite clean and modern.
    The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were not good, to the extent that it was hard to sleep. The beds were all on the same wooden frame, so that if one of the 8 people in the room moved the whole place shook. The receptionist does not speak English and it was difficult to get clear information using Google translate only. One morning a staff member came in speaking at full volume and opening curtains while people were trying to sleep. Not great when tired and not good from a privacy point of view.

    Lan is very nice and helpful. I appreciated the fact that we could cook in the kitchen. The dorms are comfy, cosy and clean.

    Clean and looks like the pictures. Got all the information about going to the waterfalls by local bus, so easy! Check in and out was smooth :)
