Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Although it was a last minute booking, the staff quickly responded and kindly explained how to get to the house. Huge space. Cleanness.

During the night, the room got cold, as it was cold day. I did not know how to turn on the heater. I should have asked upon check in. But I didn't, because the room was nicely heated.

Very good

Its in a good location to the trainstation to central london and not far from Windsor. The host are very responsive to any questions and it was a quiet place to stay with kitchen access and tv entertainment lounge for evening night in.
