The staff were very reliable, helpful and friendly. The villa is clean snd had all the facilities which we needed for.an enjoyable stay.

The key collection process was not very convenient. We had to collect the keys from another location before checking in at the villa.

Best Langkawi villas available.

Spacious villa with the private pool inside the guarded residence. Very close to city center. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice beach within 10 minutes walk. Comparing to other private pool villas on Langkawi I must admit - this one is a top of the notch. Everyday cleaning, all the needed amenities. Very comfortable for a family.

The pool is a bit cold. It has no heating and situated in the shadow. So not enough heating during the day. It is not cold, but not warm enough to stay there for hours.

superb. everything is great. This is the ideal place for a family get- together.

The communication channel between management and room keeper isn't that efficient though. I made a phone call in advance saying that we left in early morning to catch our flight , so a quick room check and refund of our deposit cash would be nice, however, they still forgot to bring the deposit money, we had to wait for about 30 minutes.

very comfortable, lots of space, very clean and very well equipped much better than those lousy resorts you can find in Langkawi. also, although it is a bit off-center, youve got a couple of good restaurants and brunch place around. and the private swimming pool, even if modest in size, is very welcome.

Cleanliness is zero.. no cleaning at all.. the the amount of the services as we are a big family were poor the coffee , tea , water, toiletiries only for one person .. the washing machine wasnt working

Not properly cleaned every day , not changing the bedding only making beds and taking garbage, no proper cleaning.

Great luxury villa

Fantastic super luxurious villa. We loved the private pool and the comfortable amenities. Wine and beer provided at arrival which was a nice touch. Good to have a really plush place to come back to after a day exploring.
