Overall abit disappointed.

Location is good, house is big

The main door cannot lock and the main gate lock spoiled also. Netflix and YouTube not available, barbecue pit is rusty. Bath towels have stain. The toilet floor too slippery. The owner should check the house condition before hand over to us.

Creepy to my taste!

The house was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed and it is suitable for big families and groups of friends. Smart TV worked well.

Some of the sofas were hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The bathrooms had no mirrors, bathtubs, or shower cubicles. Instead, there were shower hoses to use, which flooded the entire bathroom when showering. It was inconvenient to use with my toddler. The bedsheet on one of the beds was torn. There were ants on the floor next to the bed, and one ant on the bed was crawling next to my sleeping toddler, which made me paranoid throughout the entire stay. However, when I complained about all these things, the staff responded promptly and fixed the minor issues, which is a plus point. The area is filled with dogs and can be a bit creepy at night with the dogs barking and fighting sometimes at 2am. Once the back door kept rattling a few times, we didn't know if it was the wind or the dogs pushing against it. Although there were security cameras outside the house and all the windows had bars and the main door had a padlock, we constantly worried about security because the fenced gate/garage door is low and easy to open from the outside. The staff assured me about the safety of the area, but the kids and I couldn't sleep at night due to the loud sounds outside. As much as I appreciate the promptness of the staff in attending to my complaints, I will not opt for this homestay again and might choose a residence building or a resort instead.

The house has negative vibration

The house was big n clean

We felt a negative vibration in the house and couldn't sleep at night because of all the weird noises. Some of the sockets are not functioning. The balcony was locked and the staff didn't respond when we asked about it. It shouldn't happen as we paid so much for the house. 2 of the rooms were locked at the ground floor and we were not informed on the reason. We paid for the whole house but negative vibrations made us uncomfortable.
