It was a perfect low key relaxing week.

Location & the amount of room available in the town house.

It what somewhat updates by what looked like a very cheap contractor. The keys to the sliding doors never even fit the lock so you could not lock the door if you went out that way. So you either had to walk all the way around or risk leaving the door unlocked.

Overall, it was a great value for the price and you can't beat the view!

Great location with beautiful beach views and easy access.

It's a little run down. There were areas in the room with peeling paint, vents were rusty, and the shower knobs were kind of grungy.

We were immediately in aww with the beauty of the beach and view of the Gulf when we pulled in!

The location was amazing! The view over the Gulf was so beautiful..... The beach was very clean and tended to by the rentals staff.... It was very accessible to the local attractions.... We will return!

The only thing that stood out was it was a little out of date with fixtures, bathroom, light switches, & ceiling tile framing need attention.

I would recommend the Landmark to anyone.

The rooms have plenty of space, a good location close enough to main attractions, but not too close! The gulf is beautiful from the balcony. BBQ pits were nice.

I have no complaints.

We had a pleasant stay overall though

The property is in the perfect location with a beautiful view.

The AC wasnt working correctly and didnt cool room off well especially during the day. It was usually around 3am before room would ever reach comfortable temp so I could just imagine how hot it would be if using the stove. The parking lot is also too small and they shouldnt give out more parking passes than they have spots and tow vehicles without passes. You shouldnt have to be in room early just to make sure you had a place to park and not fear of your vehicle being towed.
