Beautiful location, beautiful place to stay.

The accomodation was a beautiful space. Quite and a nice walk to the old town. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Best Hot chocolate!

The mattress on the bed could do with an upgrade. I felt the springs in the mattress. Allowing guests to have control over the air-conditioning would be better, as they can adjust to their comfort rather than have a set temperature and no remote to adjust. In the bathroom (especially the room we stayed in) I would have like more privacy curtains. The sheer curtains at night when the light was on you could see through. Access the car park can be tricky as the turn and the space is tight and narrow. Maybe suggest to add some mirrors in the driveway so guests can make sure they don't run into anything.

warm, friendly, relaxing and felt a lot better after staying there and will be back!

The breakfast was lovely and the staff are very warm and friendly and always happy to help They are all very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The coffee and food was also very good and the views are stunning.

Amazing hotel run by the sweetest family that wil do anytime to make your stay as amazing as possible. Free shuttle to the old city 3 times a day. And the scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast are to die for!

The perfect hotel to visit the Citta Alta

Fantasic hotel to visit the Citta Alta of Bergamo. Very conveniently located, in a beautiful and relaxing surrounding. It feels like you're miles away from the city, but it is a 10-minute walk to get to the main entrance. There is also a beautiful detour through the forest to reach the top of the old city (which is on a hill).

Some light snacks in the evening might have been pleasant.
