    Overall pretty good, I was happy.
    I loved the location, near downtown but on the other side of the river in a non-tourist area. Andrea the host was great, ran into him several times in the neighborhood. It was a full apartment with kitchen (some drinks and snacks provided), two bathrooms, and two bedrooms.
    The place provided a mobile hotspot for internet, but despite being very tech savvy, we could not get it to work without an Italian phone and contract with TIM.

    Enjoyed 4 days in Florence.
    Property is a two bedroomed house about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Florence. It is on a busy road so could be a bit noisy at certain times but we didn't mind this. The air conditioning worked well which we were very grateful for as it was quite hot when we were there.

    Lovely little house on the quiet side of the river, drinks etc provided but no amentities provided
    Its a little house in Florence, sweet and quiet. Owner was nice and let us drop our bags. Sweet to leave water and soft drink and biscuits for the stay.
    Wifi didnt work entire time we were there and it was not rectified when we advised them. The main odd and annoying to have no soap to wash your hands, and no new s dishcloth for the kitchen or a tea towel, extremely annoying to have to find somewhere nearby to buy it. Im not sure if this was mistake by the cleaner but its hard when you come home to wash your hands etc after walking all day and there is no soap. Luckily we had shampoo etc as they do not provide anything which is odd for a hotel booking site, we have never stayed anywhere in the world that has not provided soap and dishcloth etc. to be aware Its a very long walk from the centre 40 minutes, I would not recommend for small children. I would have liked to know there was a bus a 3 min walk away (31/32) that takes you to the station as we couldnt get taxis at all when leaving and it would have been a really quick way to get to the centre. Its very difficult in Florence to get a taxi unless you are at the station.

    Clean and well-stocked apartment, safe and accessible location 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. Excellent hosts, who were very helpful and kind.

    Great place in Firenze
    It is a wonderful place to stay when we're travelling in Firenze, very close to the city center with beautiful sceneries, clean and very comfortable. They had prepared us water, soft drinks and milk in the fridge, cookies and coffee in the kitchen. Last day when we were worried about missing the train, Andrea is so kind and patient, he waited and drove us to the station, millions of thanks! Everything is perfect. Next time I will definitely choose to stay here again!
