A wonderful place to experience beauty, relaxation, and rejuvenation!

We loved the elegance of the surroundings and atmosphere, the location, the mix of thermal and seawater pools, the poolside snack and drink bar, the staff and the restaurant. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only problem we had was with the room air conditioning, and it was difficult to get effective help on that. Although someone did come out to the room our second day, it was still not resolved. It got a bit better when we switched it to a different setting.

The pigeons are annoying and unwelcome at breakfast table. Also annoying that wait staff starts setting up for lunch an hour before breakfast time is over! Breakfast is excellent but breakfast guests should not feel rushed. My stay was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit.

Will stay somewhere else the next time I visit Ischia.....

The breakfast was better than expected. I guess they also offered a buffet dinner but was never advised about this upon check-in. The location was in an area where mostly there was not much to do or many restaurants nearby. This property seemed much like a place where the guests ate breakfast, hung around the pools, ate dinner at the hotel and never left the premises. The clientele was quite elderly , almost 80 % of guests above 70 years old, many walking around in bath robes all day. The pools were nice but needed cleaned more often, and the turkish bath was closed for our entire stay..............and for some reason even though the pools were supposed to stay open until 8, the staff began to close the pool areas a few hours before that. I do not believe I would stay here again.................. just an overall strange environment.

Extremely disappointing & poor value

The seven pools were unique. Along with the somewhat central location that is about all I have to say that is positive from our stay here.

Our bathroom had ants the duration of our stay. We requested them to be remediated twice but they were not effectively able to be removed and we dealt with them the entire stay. We were left with no toilet paper one night. Our room was tucked in the back requiring a very long walk to the lobby and street. The shower was so small - probably 5 sq feet large with no tub option. The WiFi was ineffective and being international guests, WIFI was important. We traveled with two friends who had a room with a balcony and a tub (we did not). We paid more than they did for the same room. I was extremely disappointed with our stay here. We checked out on my birthday so my husband did not want to complain and create too much of a fuss, not that we were asked how our stay was anyway by anyone at the front desk. When we described our disappointment in an email - it took almost thirty days to reach a final verdict, which was 15% off a future stay, of which we will never redeem.

Old Italy , dated , but somehow still charming enough .

I liked the pools , good variety , it felt nice.

Breakfast was the same every single day and very basic , like a 1 star hotel . People working at the restaurants are not polite , a few times I was asked why I come close to the time they stop serving . And the opening hours of the restaurants is super short !

Amazing staff, so kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the facilities were very nice. Great location, we were able to walk to food, drinks, and a beach.

pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
