The rooms are nice and our dogs stay with us and it was free but you have to put down a deposit but you get it back after you check out and they inspect the room for damage

Poor reception staff and lack of cleanliness in the rooms.

The room had used beds and a pillow with hair, We spoke to reception and they changed us to another room, but the bathroom was dirty. When I went to have breakfast at the hotel, the attendant kept yelling at me not to take the bread. The staff are very rude at reception and in the kitchen.

Worst La Quinta we have stayed in

We had 2 rooms (a king room and a queen room). Both rooms had no hot water in the showers. When we raised this with the front desk they were not very compassionate and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. Secondly, in both rooms, the heater was extremely loud which meant it was too loud to sleep with it on so we had to sleep with cold rooms. Thirdly, one of the rooms was very tired and worn, in need of repair. With a hole in the bedroom ceiling, the bottom of the entry door hanging off, the bathroom hook hanging off the wall and the TV remote control missing the back cover. Both rooms did not feel clean. Overall our stay was not comfortable and I would not recommend. We have stayed in many La Quintas before which we usually like for a clean and comfortable stay however this has to be the worst one by far.

The bed had visible stains on the comforter. The rust in the bathroom made it look like it was not clean. The walls had dust and scuffs that needs a fresh coat of paint. The pillows are horrible.

Comfortable, affordable, and right off the highway.

We had to wait to check in, as they were behind on getting rooms ready, but the staff was very kind and after a 6 hour drive, we were thankful just to be able to rest. The room was comfortable. Basic hotel room, but cozy enough for a short stay. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but no complaints from myself or my spouse. I'm happy with a yogurt and juice in the morning, but they did have eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, as well.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner. There was some obvious mildew accumulating in the corners. Sound carries through the doors and we could hear other doors slamming and people in the hallway. It wasn't awful, but something that could easily be fixed with some extra insulation around the bottom of the doors.
