Im sorry to say I wouldnt stay again, the staff was very nice.

Everything was nice the bed (matteresses) were comfortable, the bedding was clean and the carpet appeared to be clean.

Everything was going well day 4 a roach was crawling up the wall, management assured me them would spray the next day while we were out. Day 6 several roaches were crawling around the tv area, I had to repack the next morning to make sure there were no roaches in my suitcases. I didnt get any sleep & we were leaving the following morning to drive back to St. Louis. I was upset that the owner/mgr didnt reach out to us after a week stay.

My stay was wonderful. room was clean and spacious.

The 3pm-11pm front desk staff was exceptional. Location was perfect and easy to find.

The morning front desk staff was unprofessional and have no idea what she is doing.

It was okay. Staff needs to work on customer service.

Location was great. I loved the dog spot since we had 2 dogs with us. And the whole place including the pool was very clean.

The Front desk people weren't the nicest. They seemed to act like they didn't wanna be there and projected that energy towards me and my family. I had to go to the front desk to buy drinks which I was perfectly fine with but it took them 15 minutes each time because of the new systems but when the front desk lady asked if I had cash or card she didn't wanna take card because of the wait and got irritated with me because I didn't have cash, then looked at me with anger scoffed and stood there staring me daggers the whole wait time. So overall the front counter staff need to have better attitudes towards there guests instead of treating them poorly. People go on trips to get away from that negative energy not to get treated rudely by staff.
