Beautiful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The views are incredible and Davide and Simona were the most incredible hosts David went out of his way to get a package we forgot in Lucca to our place delivered by hand, nothing too much for him to make us feel at home. We will most definitely be back and have already recommended this special spot to friends and family

We had a wonderful family holiday and loved our stay at the Palazzina. Thank you Davide and Simona.

A villa in the beutiful Tuscan countryside. A 20 minute ride from lovely Siena, so a great location for day or half day trips daily. An old (1870s) large farmhouse, set in ample and beutiful grounds, great views. Quaint, rustic, clean and confortable. Good furnishes like modern bathrooms. Extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Perfect base for our Tuscan explorations. Good value for money.

Nitpicking, because it didnt have a some amenities like more expensive rentals. No airconditioning, but thick walls, high ceilings and window shutters kept it fresh during the day. No swimming pool but a nice yacussi. It was good value.

A rustic Tuscan countryside retreat with lovely views!

The property was a rustic Tuscan retreat! We loved the views, the sounds of the sheep and their bells coming from the fields below, and the property itself. David was very helpful with any questions we had and even helped arrange for a private chef to come one evening. The Villas kitchen was adequately equipped, and there was a washing machine (no dryer) which was a nice benefit for us after traveling for 2 weeks!If you are looking for a rustic villa in the Tuscan countryside with lovely views, lots of fresh air, and time to unwind - this is the place for you!

There wasnt anything we didnt like. The only thing I would let people know (who are not familiar with the area), is that it is a little out of the way. Siena is about 20 minutes away. Additionally just as an FYI, you need to bring cash as there is a $100 cash deposit, as well as a per person tax that is not included in the booking.com payment.

This picturesque restful property was the perfect place for our homebased to Tuscany daytrips.

This location is gorgeous! Rolling hills, greenery, hearing the sheep bells and birds chirping makes this a perfect Tuscan dream. The villa itself is so amazing with the multiple outside areas to spend time and lovely interior. All three bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs which was fun to have all together for our group. David was so helpful. He met us and lead us to the property and showed us around. Power went out while we were there and he picked up the phone to help up reset the power. Very kind and we loved our stay at this gorgeous picturesque property. about a 15-20 min drive into Siena and we loved the restaurants we went to in the little town of Sovicillle too!

If you are looking for peace and quiet in an amazing rural location, and a unique property with real character and charm, then la palazzina is for you. The property was built in 1871. The hosts , David and Simona are charming, helpful and informative. This is an excellent base to explore the region, and it is only 20 minutes drive to the outer walls of Siena where you can park the car, before exploring the town on foot. There is a lovely garden to relax in. Because of the rural location, you do need to drive on a track for about 400 metres, but this is no problem and actually part of the appeal if you like unique places to stay.

rustic country feel with all the modern comforts you need and decorated beautifully. Its very private, spacious and quiet with a hot tub!

calculating heating charges can be confusing. I would recommend not changing the set points, the house stays pretty warm without having to mess with the furnace

Fantastisch

Beautiful house in a fantastic place. Lovely garden with unobstructed views and a hot tub to enjoy the evening. Within 20 minutes in the center of Siena. The house is suitable for a whole family but also very nice for just two. A must for people who love peace and space. David the owner gives good tips and is always available. We had a great stay.
