Modern hotel in a classic building, very nice breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. They upgraded our room by putting us in a room with a view. Everything was ok.

Actually, all went well. There was nothing to upset me, But if I have to say sometihng for imprvement, I would say that we could use more hangers in the wardrobe and maybe some complimentary power adapters to EU standard format. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain

Breakfast was nice and sufficient. Room and the bath were spacious, view from the small balcony was nice (room 402).

1.We were informed in the checkin that our room is upgraded but when we arrived the room we did not understand what is upgraded. Plus, after this info I checked the hotel price from booking.com and it was cheaper than I paid. We did not want to ruin our holiday with this but not nice. 2. Checkout is 11 am but because of a health problem we could not leave on time. I called the reception to inform them twice but they did not answer. Around 11:10 am minibar check personnel was in our room. The hotel should train the personnel about the customer privacy and not to enter the room when there is somebody inside.

Such a lovely stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a good power shower. It was really nice to start the day with a proper coffee and healthy breakfast.

Other than the air conditioning issue, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Great location

We couldnt regulate the air conditioning in our room as it was a central heating system for the whole building. As a result, it was a bit too hot for our comfort. We were told to have our window open but without a lock on the window and the fact that the heavy drapes were obstructing it to be open, this option was not feasible.

Excellent hotel!

The staff were very friendly, and offered us a room upgrade to a much larger room with terrace! The room was amazing, very clean, with good facilities. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The hotel has a plunge pool which we used (with towels for use), as well as a gym next door. The breakfast was fantastic! There was a good choice of cooked breakfast (for example, full English breakfast, eggs Benedict), as well as cereals and mini cold buffet. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful and clean; staff were very friendly and attentive. Location was excellent - fairly close to Triton fountain, bus station, and close to several restaurants and shops.

Best breakfast ever!

Everything! The location was so central without being in the 'noisy' part of town and the staff were so helpful and attentive. The best thing though was the breakfast, freshly cooked on order, the eggs benedict were amazing! Make sure you try the mini doughnuts :) the rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here next time.
