check-in only from 3:30. and not minutes earlier, but baggage can be left.

Superb

I use my data, so I did not use Wifi in the apartment. That was clean and had a lot of space with a mini kitchen closet - so we could warm milk at night... Polite staff in the hotel: at breakfast, prepare extra eggs and gluten-free things, and we talk with them in English.

The negative for that room/apartment is that they have small windows but with grey stickers, so you do not see the outside of the apartment.

Clean, comfortable. Good coffee.

The breakfast was poor. It was actually a little bit weird because the beakfast room was actually in the reception room. The windows are too high and cannot be opened and also you don't have natural light.

Great value and stylish stay

Beautiful room in a lovely quiet location. Stylish and large accommodation with a large shower room. The staff were very helpful and could not have done enough for us. We had breakfast to go as we had an earlier flight. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it is right in the middle of lovely Bergamo.

Beds were not so comfortable and the wifi seemed not to work with Android devices well. No other major issues.

It's not so bad, but I would try not to stop there second time. At least to try something else.

It looks fancy and interesting at first sight. They tried make it modern place.

The most terrible was ventilation, three persons just couldn't sleep whole night because of constant noise. No way to turn it off. Sockets - they are 3 different Italian standards, instead of Eurostandard, that you could plug laptop in any place. Interesting furniture, but useless. Tables too small for three persons, I would prefer normal IKEA tables that I could work on my laptop, instead kind of old glass rounded table. Slow Wi-FI, and old way to connect. Hard to find from the street - Make more visible banner or something. And many little such things.

Location, very central, not far from train station or bus station to the airport No noise from the street Staff friendly and helpful

1. Breakfast starts at 8.00 or 8.30 during the weekend, if you have an earlier train/ plane, it is not doable. There are no vegetables. 2. The suites rooms are not split/isolated, from the pictures you cannot understand this, but it is an open floor, no intimacy

A great hotel in a fabulous location.

Perfect location Stylish room Friendly and helpful staff

Key card kept clicking, loudly, during the night, leading us to having to get up to insert and re-insert the card, several times through the night. The breakfast choice was very limited but nice.

A comfortable 2 night stay

We loved the room, cleanliness and the location of the hotel.The staff were very helpful especially the young man in the evening. Loved the sweet on the pillow.

I feel there should have been milk and a selection of teas in the room without having to ask for it and also sufficient toilet paper. I dont normally struggle to find items in a breakfast room but I did at your hotel unfortunately. I felt the breakfast had too many sweet items and again milk wasnt readily available although supplied when asked. The breakfast ladies were busy so it was just an extra thing they had to deal with.A fruit salad would be nice and possibly more cereals.
