Beautiful location for a hotel but definitely not 5 star hotel in terms of service.

Location is amazing and the selling point for the hotel. We upgraded to room overlooking cathedral with balcony - was beautiful. Bed was very comfy.

poor value for money. Service was pretty poor at times, no help getting luggage up to room despite children, dogs etc. impossible to book spa, get a drink in the lounge area. Would be nice to have a lounge bar to relax in. Huge queue every morning for breakfast with inadequate staff.

Lovely hotel nestled in front of the Cathedral.

The hotel was in a great location across from the Cathedral. The entrance was lovely and the greeting from the staff was friendly. There was enough staff so there wasn't a waiting period to sign in or ask questions. The room was clean and newly updated with light blocking curtains and a large tub/shower. Equipped with a upscale restaurant and spa, this hotel has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We came to see the town during Christmas. The Christmas village was within walking distance about 13 minutes. The Cathedral was lit beautifully and surrounded by pretty Christmas lights.

I felt the pillows were too big and hard to sleep on. I probably would have gotten one had I asked, so I don't fault the hotel for this. An offering of feather pillows along with the hard pillows would have been nice for those who have pillow preferences. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location was amazing. Our room had a spectacular view of the Reims cathedral. And it was a short, pleasant walk to world-class champagne tasting, many local restaurants, and one of the best Christmas markets in France.

I cant think of anything we didnt like.

Very nice staff in a central location.

Location. Spa was great in a cold day.

First was given a noisy room. Changed to a quiet room for the second night. The Spa is good but the second day we went it hadnt been cleaned properly.
