Beautiful stay for a family vacation

The property is beautiful, location is excellent and the host is wonderful and kind. The kitchen is well equipped. There is parking right opposite the house but you need to be lucky to grab one as they are limited.

The hot water is limited in the showers, the host has assured us that he would take care of it for future guests :).

Spacious home in safe neighborhood

First, the host is so accommodating and friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome! He was very responsive when we had questions and also gave recommendations for places to eat in Granada. We loved the location because it was residential and near the university. This made it feel very safe, because there was no concern for the pickpockets that are in the touristy parts of town. The home was also walking distance to a supermarket and a fruteria. The location is also a 15-minute walk from the heart of Granada, and the walk is a straight shot down the road - so very convenient. The accommodation was spacious with 3 separate bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and an extra sleeping location in the living room. The kitchen was great and well-stocked. We cooked a couple of meals while staying here and had everything we needed. It was great to have a washing machine and clothesline! and it was stocked with soap and clothespins. It was also great to have 2 bathrooms, and both were spacious. We had plenty of hot water. The patio/yard was beautiful and our favorite spot to hang out. It was lovely to sit out surrounded by plants - very peaceful. Another reviewer said there were ants - we did not see any bugs here. We would stay here again!

Not as central as we would have liked but brilliant value for money.

The house was delightfully quirky, traditional and spacious. The outside back patio area was a lovely secluded place to eat drink and socialise. The kitchen was well equipped but bizarrely didn't have a kettle. The host, Eugenio was there to meet us and was very friendly and helpful. We found free parking close by in what is a University area.

The house is about a kilometre away from shops bars and restaurants. Towels were clean but a bit on the small side, could do with replacing.

Superb

The house is beautifully designed, the garden is very nice, especially in the summer. The kitchen was very well equipped and most of the appliances looked brand new.

There were a lot of ants in the apartment.
