    Would definitely return in the future.
    Easy check in through WhatsApp and room was ready earlier than stated. Well located, short walk to sea front, restaurants and bars. The room was clean having a smart tv with Netflix. The communal kitchen was an added bonus to cook your own meals.

    Some things could be better.
    Nice room, easy communication with owner, good location - grocery shop right outside the apartment & walking distance to the bus stop & main street.
    Bathroom is too small & smells like dump - unfortunately the ventilation doesnt solve the issue. No place to hang wet stuff after the beach. Also, power adapter didnt work - the owner helped us by explaining how to charge our phones without one & said the new one will be brought to us tomorrow day - but no one brought us an adapter until end of our stay & we couldnt therefore use the hairdryer.

    good location of the facility and fast internet
    Don't get fooled by other opinions. I assume that the positive ones are about 'LA88 boutique', while our 'studio with terrace' was in fact 'LA88 ground' - boutique's underground garage. Those are 2 different things. The aforementioned terrace was actually a hole in the ground where the sun never shines. To get to your apartment you had to go through a shared kitchen and living room with visible mold on the walls. Its smell was so intense that you had to hold your breath every time you tried to leave or go into your apartment. The apartment itself smelled like an old basement. The humidity there was so high that it was almost impossible to dry your clothes or towels. The lights had to be always on as there was almost no sunlight coming from the outside. The bathroom was small and full of insects. I think the owner should be more transparent about whether the apartments are located under orontheground.
