Disappointing

Room for improvement to change all room tv into smart Tv .

Clean and helpful front staffs

Requested to be on certain floor but no reply to my message and ended up the level which I am not happy with . At least reply my message that the floor requested is not available . My friends also felt not happy due to noise because of function .

Superb

Great place to stay and value for money

Room was clean , with a nice view . Water dispenser in the hallway is convenient . Bathroom was huge .

Tv sometimes drops out. No safe locker .

The self check in and water purifier

The new facilities

The self check in is not really make things easy. I have to go to the counter before check in using the kiosk. You have to wait in line for others to use the self check in. It is better to use the conventional way of check in. Please bring back the old way of check in at the counter. Please provide electric jug back inside the room. Not all customer like to get out of the room and walk further just to fill water in the glass jug.

Average hotel

Once you arrive you have to self check at the terminal next to the counter. You need IC/passport and credit card to complete the process. A bit like ordering food at McDonalds. System a bit rigid. Breakfast spread a bit thin. Plenty of public parking space, if you are parking during office hours don't forget to put the parking coupon on the car to avoid hefty fine.
