Room was big. Bed was big, high and comfortable. Shower - very good - hot water, good pressure of water big open space as shower cabin - I loved it. Most amazing toiletry products! Organic natural shower gel, shampoo and conditioner made of pure argan oils made for this hotel particularly by local craftswomen amazing.

Keep in mind, it is an authentic riad - there will be no sound isolation. You can hear people talking, walking behind closed doors. The lights are low and cosycreates relaxed atmosphere, just when it came time to do my make-up I was struggling. Anyway it was a good lesson for me and I have purchased travel mini mirror with lights towards my face - so I can carry it anywhere I go in the future.

The staff were just perfect. Everyone with a broad smile in their faces and very polite all the time, making you feel super welcome. The breakfast was great every day, and the team were so nice - what a great way to start the day. Its an amazing place to relax after coming back from the crazy streets of Marrakesh. I am a light sleeper, and had no trouble sleeping there. After 10:30ish pm it gets super quiet. The fact that breakfast starts at 8am also means that theres little to no movement at the Riad during the early hours of the day. Completely recommend it! Would go back and stay again without a shadow of a doubt.

10/15 min walk to good restaurants. Its doable, but walking 10 min in the streets of Marrakesh can be quite stressful! Just be prepared for that.

It was one of the best hotels weve ever stayed. The location was even better than on the photos! The service was one of the best we have ever seen. Once we arrived, we were greeted with tea, shortly after we were shown the locations to visit and restaurants. We dined at one of the restaurants advised by the employee, and it was the best dinner weve had in Marrakech! A separate feedback is deserved for the shower gel and shampoo provided by the facility. In fact, when we were leaving, the staff was kind enough to give us some of their products as presents. Moreover, they packed us up with some sandwiches and fruits for the road. We would definitely come back!

The staff were above and beyond. I have travelled around the world and never have I experienced such exceptional hospitality. They helped book our cabs, country club entries and spa days! They even packed us a take away lunch for our journey to the airport :) Thank you to the wonderful team behind Ksar Anika!

Pool is a little small but that cannot be helped.
