The exceptional front desk team has salvaged the otherwise low score

Definitely the front desk staff. Proactive, friendly and always ready to assist. Excellent client servicing mindset.

I am afraid it has to be its location. It is located at the end of a quiet, slightly sloping street with no restaurants nearby. As a single female traveller, I repeatedly asked the front desk about safety in the area due to ongoing reconstruction work at the main station. The walk to and from the hotel takes close to 15 minutes, and nighttime is exceptionally quiet.

Fantastic experience

The hotel is very well managed. Staff is attentive and supportive. Breakfast provides many tasty options. During the stay I really felt the great efforts they put in.

In 21st century they could switch from physical keys to electronic room cards.

Great room in a great city!

This hotel is one of the best I've ever been. The stuff is very helpful. The nightshift guys helped me with Uber eats. The breakfast was really great! Also the next day when I checked-out I had 4 hours until my train so I asked lady named Luana if I could stay at the lobby for a few hours and she gave me permission and except of that gave me a cup of a great coffee.
