Very good

The view was amazing and the staff was lovely. Our room was comfortable with a new bathroom.

No coffee was provided or water. Asked for a hot pot which they provided for tea. Breakfast was not included but they did have a restaurant near by.

The view was beautiful

When we arrived, there were no employees there. We looked for the employee at the restaurants across the street and finally the cleaner from the restaurant next door let us into the room. She could not give us any information. We didn't even know where to get breakfast. The room was clean and the view was nice. But when it came time for breakfast, we had to invent ourselves that breakfast is in the restaurant next door. Sitting outside, we waited for 45 minutes for someone to finally serve us (it was not a buffet breakfast). When they finally started communicating with us, we could choose egg and coffee for breakfast (we couldn't take anything extra). Doesn't sound like a luxury place to stay!. We were very disappointed and were very cold while waiting for the food (we asked several times for a blanket but they didn't have it). We are extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place to stay. The view is beautiful, but the service, breakfast, etc. are terrible. If it were possible, we would like to get even half of the money back. We went from there to eat breakfast ourselves because 1 egg and coffee was not enough. When we wanted to check out and leave, we couldn't find anyone to give the key to. When we checked in, we didn't get any information about where we should take it when we leave. It was raining and finally we handed over the keys to the chef of the restaurant (couldn't find anyone else). Understand that November is not the season, but if you rent out a room, you should still offer normal service (information and breakfast).

Room is super and view

View from hotel is super but getting there is hard hard work .The car does not go near the hotel . With suitcase me and husband walked the street and is all cobblestones snd steps .if anyone planning to go there take trolley less luggage .we went athen before we came santorini .we had 2 suitcase there is no potter to carry your luggage.the room situated down the hill Step all the way down . To your room The hotel run by family .on booking .com they show the photos of dip pool when we got there no dip pool they state we did not request for it and need Extra charge 100 Euros per day . For breakfast they provided bread and tea . We wait for good 15 minutes and asked for egg and bacon or sausages the owner state no bacon or sausages only egg , later he came back and asked would you like some bacon ? I asked for orange juice he said no but they do provide orange juice. To me if your face fit they give you the whole breakfast. Breakfast only start at 9.30 and if want early start you have skip the breakfast and it not fair. I cannot complain about view super , booking .com need to give intrustion about the hotel.

Sunset in santorini

The view from our balcony was amazing. We had front row seats to the best sunsets two days in a row. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We would have appreciated advance warning that the hotel was reachable by foot. We walked for about 15minutes up and down steep steps with our baggage to get to the place using google as our guide. Then down two sets of steps to get to the room. After that we found a quicker, less steep route to get down to the main street which only took about 5 minutes without our bags.

Excellent location, comfortable acomodation, private plunge pool is a plus. Be sure and have taxi call ahead for luggag

The property is located in center Fira with full Caldera views. Once you leave the public way you are transformed into your personal experience. Granted, as other reviewers mention, each private terrace has three units on them so you there is the possibility of one ore two people passing through your terrace to access their unit. I had a Jr. Suite with a private plunge pool that was the last of the units so this was not an issue. But to be honest, I rarely say anyone else around! Great home base for exploring the island but still having restaurants, bars, mini-markets immediately accessible. When day tripping became too much, I stocked the fridge with wine beer and Ahmad olives and snacks and spent the day enjoying the view and the personal pool. Was a fantastic break. The owners are lovely, and the staff very accommodating. Would recommend to my friends.

Whilst you cannot deny the stunning location the rooms and facilities are very basic and in need of some extensive work. It is advertised as a suite, but is far from it. Lamps not working, fridge leaking, and bathroom is basically falling apart with cracks and pieces falling off i.e. the towel holder fell off the wall nearly hitting one of us on the head) and the toilet is also barely hanging on (as it is a suspended). Twice during our stay there was no hot water, and a/c is barely able to cool the room. There is also an annoying green light that you are unable to switch off (think it is part of the air con system or something) that we had to cover as it lights up the room. The pool is quite dirty and on our last day was unusable.Overall not great value for money.
