Very good

The staff were so attentive and helpful. Great location, good amenities. Both managers (back and front) were great, the view from the higher rooms is amazing. The housekeepers also paid a lot of attention to detail.

Seats by the pool were often taken up, we noticed other guests putting towels on the pool chair at 8.30am and "reserving" those seats all day, even if they were not there. It made it hard for us to find a pool chair, even if only 10 people were using the pools.

Amazing. This was my 2nd time staying in Krabi la playa. First sat was in 2010.

Everything was perfect only that, As majority are muslim travellers nowadays it could be better if the breakfast menu has halal option too.

Theres no bidet spray in the bathroom otherwise all was good. Room is spacious.

Friendly staff - great value

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and facilities are top notch and real value for money. The staff make the experience even better - lovely, friendly and very helpful. Stayed here with family and had 3 rooms - staff went the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable and easy. Great pools - the Emerald pool is a nice place to relax away from the sun and the main pool has a swim up bar and both have plenty of loungers

Amazing hotel and great location

Hotel Located in Great Location with lots of greenery around. Big and comfortable rooms attached with balcony Hotel close to the beach. Nice restaurants nearby, shops etc. Mr Arun is very friendly and helpful, mostly all staff very friendly and polite.

The resort location is ideal. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the main beach and long tail boat pier. There are so many restaurants and massage stores nearby, but it is tucked away from the main streets to offer a quiet and enjoyable space for its guests. It has three pools which are well maintained and clean. The highlight is the happy hours the resort offers every evening. Our room is very clean and spacious with all the facilities that we need. My special thanks to Kate who checked us out on the last day. She was warm and cheerful. She went an extra mile by not only organising a transfer to the lier for us but also contacted our next resort in Railay Beach for them to pick us up from the correct pier in Railay. When we finally arrived in Railay, evening was prearranged. Thank you so much Kate! Will definitely recommend La Playa to anyone who wants to stay in Ao Nang for your next holiday.
