The check in was OK, we were lucky as they were closing the desk as it was Christmas Day. The location was good. The price was good.

The room had a moldy musty smell, we had to open the windows and it was a cold day, the bathroom floor didn't look as though it had been mopped and the shower head was leaking

Location was good and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

No matter how you position the shower curtain water leaked all over the floor otherwise it was nice.

Exceptional

The room was big enough with a king size bed, it was really confortable with much light and a balcony where to sit in the morning. The bathroom was also a really big one. The pool is also nice to relax a bit. We bought a boat trip to Benagil caves and Paulo the owner booked it at the boat company. He was really friendly with his wife Maria. I mentioned him that it's the birthday of my boyfriend and he surprised even me when we were returning in the room one of the evenings and there was a bottle of wine in ice with 2 glasses. It was a really nice gesture from his side. Thank you Paulo once again for everything! We would for sure return to you if we come again in Portugal
