Beautiful villa, great host, beautiful area within walking distance of the beach shops and tavernas .

The Villa was fantastic, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was amazing with gorgeous views . Spiros the owner was very helpful and kind . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Really nice place to stay with kids. There was Toys, playground, lots of space, pool and close to restaurants and beach. Hosts were amazing and would recommend to stay.

Wonderful kids friendly villas with private pool and with small playground for kids. You can spend whole vacation here, The owner Mr. Spiros and his family are very kind and helpful. They kept milk, fruits, water and other stuff for us. Villas are neat and clean, owner takes good care of it. I wish l, i could give 11 stars.

It just needs some small reparing of broken and used things, then it will be a great place to come back again.

swimming pool, playground for kids, table tennis, billiard and a full fridge at arrival. Parking inside the area.

Bicycles werein poor condition, they would require a complete service. the gim in basement was not very useful as most training machines were brokem. The billiard was not levelled and only one stick available. The table football with broken player. One smelly corner in the kitchen. Broken and potentially dangerous toys on the playground

Well equipped villa in a great location

The location was excellent - a short walk to restaurants and the beach but in a quiet area. The villa was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

Only one bedroom was ensuite but there was a large bathroom for the other two rooms to share.

Spacious, comfortable villa with everything you need

It's the best place to return back to after daily exploring Crete! The (airconditioned) rooms are spacious and clean, with breakfast on the balcony and a dip in the swimming pool as great ways to start and end your day. We last-minute decided to rent a car, but there is a bus stop.nearby to reach Chania, multiple supermarkets and a beach on walking distance. I'm especially happy with the large amount of sitting space to relax and the warm welcome by the host, Spyros!

Nothing really! There was some confusion about the many light switches so I accidentally left one on all night, whoops, but this is me grasping for something bad to say.

The kids loved the play area and swimming pool! The barbecue area is very good, but it is shared between the 2 vilas.

There are 2 vilas sharing the play area and bbq pit.

Beautiful villa for a relaxing sun holiday

Spiros was a wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our group feel welcome and was very quick to respond to questions or issues that arose during our stay (which were few and far between). The villa is fully equipped with anything you might need for a holiday and Spiros had the fridge stocked with some food and drinks on arrival which we didn't expect at all but really appreciated after a long day of travel! The place was spotless and bed sheets and towels were changed as well as having the floors cleaned half way through our stay. The only downside to this location is it's distance from main attractions on the island but the bus runs regularly and is easily accessible by foot and ticket fares are very cheap. The atmosphere, friendliness and food in local restaurants and taverns were probably the highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend Spiros' villa to anyone looking to visit Crete

Distance to sandy beaches and main attractions on the island. This is remedied by regular buses which are easily accessible by foot and have low travel fares. Taxi into city is quite expensive so keep this in mind if travelling at night
