The location is good. Just across the road to Imago mall. We booked 2 rooms. 1 king size bed and another's twin bed. My friends who stayed at the twin bed room are not too happy. The room looks old and worn out. Mine was nice.

The lobby was a bit confusing.

A brief overview of my experience at Ming Garden Hotel during my recent stay a) Experience with the 'Smart Digital Door': Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties trying to access it using the provided access card. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the door blocked access and instructed me to try again after a 5-minute interval. This occurred during the night, and despite attempts to contact the owner, we were unable to reach them as they did not answer the phone. b) During my first check-in, I observed a subtle smell in the carpet and a sticky sensation on the floor
