Stunning Guesthouse

Beautiful grounds and the house very tastefully decorated. Lots of seating areas that are very comfortable. Beautiful pool to cool off on hot days. The view from the balcony on the top rooms are stunning and really does set a relaxing mood. The aircon was a life saver and really makes the stay so much more comfortable.

Not a major issue, but I should have checked before I booked the room as the description states that the rooms have streaming services and it did not...the rooms had DStv and the common room has a TV that has steaming services...I wanted to rent a movie on Google TV for me and my son to watch in the room and then we couldn't...but it's not a major issue...it should maybe just be better explained on the description. Also...I know it states that it is a shared bathroom...but I did not expect the bathroom to be outside of the room...I would have chosen a different room if I understood, but that was my mistake.

Really amazing stay

The place is beautiful, facilities are in central area and easy to access. My room was bigger than I expected. The owner Petro and the house keeper Anna were amazing! From the moment I got there Petro helped me carry my bag, Anna asked everyday if I want my room cleaned and when she did clean it she replaced everything, from glasses to the water and milk in the fridge. Their attention to detail is amazing. I had enough towels, milk and water, an ice maker tissue in the bathroom and extra in the cupboard. It was amazing. They are so attentive and kind I really enjoyed my stay. There was aircon in my room which was amazing for those hot PTA days, there was a robe in my room as well I felt so special and cared for.

My only thing is being booked by the pool the other guests get quite loud in the morning...so maybe just a notice should be there because its quite annoying being woken up with noise. My room did not have a smart TV like advertised but It did have DSTV.

Lovely environment but as a 79yr old with bad knees , I found all the stairs inside & outside a bit challenging.

I liked the location. Conveniently close to everything. Anna the host was very friendly.

The bathrooms were seperate from the bedrooms and the all drinks in the bar was warm as the fridge was never switced on.

I wish the bathroom was not outside the room. But it is just outside the door and I was the only one using it so that was comforting.

It was like a dream! Everything was clean, quiet, smelled good...felt like an heiress! The staff were like house elves, helpful without being invasive. It was truly a marvelous stay.

The disclaimer on the front door!! The microwave is in the lounge which isn't convenient for a 3am snack. The pool also needs cleaning.
