Lovely hotel but expensive for what it is

Lovely decor and good lounge areas super front desk people

Rooms had no kettle or coffee machine but full on bar ! Pool was freezing and looked a lot bigger in photos . Can only do valet to park car gets expensive

Incredibly noisy room, which I complained about incessantly - it was impossible to watch TV or focus on anything else while it was going on. The manager investigated but couldn't find anything (?!) and offered me a credit without being asked. It continued the next day with a vengeance and we just stopped spending time in the room. Still no credit (despite reminding front desk staff about it at check out) or any word from the hotel.

Gorgeous and amazing location

The location, the staff and the actual ambiance was gorgeous

We only didnt like that they wouldnt tell us about an event and people were partying above us till 3am one night. But they were extremely accommodating about the situation after.

Really a four star hotel in a great location Expensive for the facilities

Good outside bar area with good staff Our room had a balcony

Restaurant was not open which was not announced before we booked The rooms were rather tired and the sofas need renovating The front desk staff need to be better trained so they can give information about local amenities and restaurants
