Pleasant, clean, good value, well situated.

Spotlessly clean, modern facilities. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room. Good WiFi. Five minutes walk from rail station and ferry terminal. Room quite small, but perfectly adequate.

Lovely views over to Kerrara and Oban Bay. 5 minute walk to centre of town. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good communication from host before arrival. No parking on street outside but metered parking available just along the road. Metered from 9am to 6pm. Free outwith these times.

A bit expensive like most other highlands hotels, but I had some booking.com credit and thought the end price we payed was superb.

Perfect comfortable stay in a well run guest house

The location was great as I was working in mull all day and just had a 2min journey from ferry. The property was spotless clean and bed very comfy. Tv had great variety, shower was great and hospitality tray had lots to offer.

Only small thing would be parking but certainly doesnt lower my view of the guest house.
