A decent stay close to malioboro

I really liked the staff who were super nice! Also the breakfasts and location were great!

Walls were pretty thin in the room, I usually woke up to the people next door having a shower or to the gamelan music playing in the corridor.

Got a bad experience with their Front Office upon check in, were expecting friendly smiley greetings since its in Jogja

Best location, walking distance to pasar pathuk & malioboro

Poor maintenance, aircon keep dropping condensation water in our room.

The staff is very kind , the food at the restaurant was ok according to price , I spent 14 usd for 4 people good breakfast with some western choices and many Asian dishes with good taste - loved the chicken curry and the natural juices .The location is excelent near Yogyakarta train station and Maliboro Street . The transportation from the hotel to the airports taken only one hour and the price was ok 70, 000 rp very affordable in comparison to the train .

The area of the shower , should be clean better the floor and walls very yellowish

Superb

Great value for money

The location is great, really easy to get to all of the best parts of Yogyakarta. The staff are absolutely lovely - really helpful and friendly! Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was also quite nice.

Our room wasnt very clean and was a bit shabby (stains on the walls, mould in the shower grouting). We were also woken up at 6am every morning by the army camp next door (and 4am one morning by chanting/singing). However this didnt take away from our stay, we still had a nice time.
