Location worked well for us. Spacious apartment but with a few issues at the time.
Due to a flood in the building our host arranged good hotel accommodation for the first night.
Television too difficult to operate. We could not use the second bathroom due to a musty smell possibly due to flood in the building.

    Superb
    Lucy is fabulous.
We didn't actually stay in Kepplestone Manor. We were informed the day we were due to arrive that an unexpected and insurmountable maintenance issue had arisen, and which was completely beyond the control of the owner and management. Lucy, the manager, met us at Kepplestone and explained the situation and then brought us to a nearby property which she had organised for us. The property was of equal size and standard to the property we had booked in Kepplestone. We had a lovely stay and Lucy and others looked after us extremely well.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we had to leave. The apartment was lovely and we really enjoyed our time there. There were a number of small maintenance issues at the start but these were resolved rapidly and to our complete satisfaction.

    Disappointing
Kepplestone Manor Apartment not so Luxurious.
Apartments location was good for our needs. and had a dedicated underground parking area for residents. The Apartment was serviced each week, and towels and sheets changed.
Calling it LUXURY is not a true reflection of the Apartment. We wrote a list of over 20 items which were either faulty or broken to the Manager, which after her meeting with us said she would address these concerns and consider some form of Compensation to us. Since leaving the Apartment the Manager has not replied to us after sending her numerous Emails and phone calls. No compensation has been given to us to date. There was nobody there to greet us or show us the Apartment and its facilities, and we have not had the courtesy of a reply. We consider this Apartment to be sub standard and would not recommend it to anyone. A very expensive Apartment considering the existing equipment and furnishings.

    Good
    Decent for a short stay.
The facilities were fab. It had everything you'd need just about. It was stocked with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. The heating was on as soon as you walked in, which was fantastic on such a cold day! It was a lovely welcome! A really nice touch was the L'occitane soaps in each bathroom. WiFi is good! Really close corner shop to get some milk etc.
The cleanliness of the kitchen needs working on. The kettle was covered in what looked like frying fat, blinds were splashed with the same stuff and very dusty. The coffee machine still had old pod in it and scale lines in the water reservoir. It put me off using it. The MacLaren sports car in the buildings car park was revving its engine until midnight on Saturday. Building surrounded by double yellow lines, so unless there are two or more people, you can't park up to enter the building to retrieve your keys when you arrive. You also need to retrieve your keys before you can enter the buildings car park.

Lovely apartment let down by poor customer service.
Lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood.
No heating in the living room, no Wi-Fi available & absolutely no way of contacting the management. E-mails went unanswered, phone was switched off during the stay.

Great location, within easy reach of restaurants, bars and the town centre, but quiet neighbourhood
I picked it for the location, very convenient for me and with plenty parking
The windows soundproofing was poor. There was very audible traffic noise

    Pleasant
Good stay, let down by parking
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for a short family stay. Excellent washer dryer combo that was much appreciated, good dishwasher, full sized fridge and separate freezer. Good water pressure in the showers. Place appeared clean, though some areas worn - grouting in bathroom, sticky strip on floor of living room entrance, sofas lost integrity. No housekeeping was provided during the stay. but that was ok as I could run the washer dryer for the towels when I was out during the day.
Parking was a nightmare. spaces were limited in a tight car park, and not allocated to the apartments. (although #96 put a cone out at one stage to bagsy a space). unfortunately this meant that a number of selfish drivers parked across two spaces meaning we struggled to find somewhere to park. I asked several times about visitor parking as my husband brought his car as well because we were moving house from out of the area. I was told by the manager in the chat that there was visitor parking on queens crescent, but that was simply incorrect - there is no available parking due to double yellow lines behind the property on the suggested street and residents driveways on the only open spaces! Unless the parking is controlled in the property it is unlikely that we would stay again. other minor issues - tv not working, turns out to be no batteries in the remote. manager messaged that housekeeping would have checked beforehand. clearly they didnt! why would I lie about lack of 1.50 batteries? so I had to find a store nearby within walking distance (due to above scarcity of parking!) to buy some. I left the batteries in the Sky remote for the next guest. several kitchen lightbulbs broken or not working - not a big problem but shows lack of attention to detail. crockery and glassware - mismatching mugs, and not a full complement of glass types. information pack - mentioned in welcome letter that this would be in the lounge but none provided. I did take photos of above issues in case they are required.
