The staff at Katel Kuala Lumpur, particularly Dalveer and his colleague, were very accommodating. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center and offers nice, clean rooms with necessary amen (Read More)ities. However, some reviews mentioned that the rooms were small and cold, and the TV didn't work. On the positive side, the hotel provided free coffee and had a strategic location, allowing easy access to Pasar Jalan Tar. Overall, it was a recommended hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
